Process
- Once you place your order we aim to send you a mock-up within 5 working days for you to approve prior to production where required.
- Once you fully approve all artwork we aim to produce and dispatch your order within 2 weeks, but will update you if there's any delays due to stock or for any other reasons which may impact these timescales.
- If we need further images or details prior to print and production then we will contact you via email.
- All items are non returnable or refundable (Unless faulty) as they are bespoke items designed to your specifications and needs.
- As items are designed and produced individually, there may be slight differences in colours, image sizes etc, from the mock-up or the images that are displayed on this site, however we aim to ensure every effort goes into making your items to the highest of standard by not mass producing with no care and thought for you as our customer.
- We are a family run business who work and volunteer within grassroots and semi professional sport, so understand how important it is that we provide great value and quality items to individuals, groups and clubs, but we also have fulltime work commitments outside of IT Merchandise so may not be available to respond to concerns or questions instantly, but we will try to communicate as soon as possible, so please be patient as we will get back to you.
